1.) Leave Your Comfort Zone:

Well this means ahve anyone have feels may depressed this person havn't want to talk others and doesn't  intrested show to doing any work, sometimes situation demand we think all things is automatically happen good, but you wake up early in the morning, meet new people share your feelings with your friends & family members who's  understand your all feelings situation,you have to busy for himself for other work, you have tries new & creativity things, you have to take help of social media, text messages,to share your feelings if you doing all things you quickly come out of depression.

2.) Physical Fitness:

Well physical fitness is much required for your health, but you have in depression that time is more importnce of physical fitness in your life, you have to wake up early in the morning and goes  to  running, if you havn't want to goes to run but you goes to daily running, well if you have to join gym and doing hard workout, you have doing yoga, listeing music, dance practice etc other activities day by day and improved yourself, meet new-new people and try new-new things and once in a day everyone take to sunlight atleast 15minutes, it's benefits your mind have expands and help to quick come out of depression.

3.) Positive Thinking:

Well all of you heared many times everyone gives advices always thinking positive, becosue it is benefits they have positive energy comes in your mind, relax your body and feel free to think of all about things, once if you have starting positive thinking your mind automatically think positive attitude, positive environment, you hav intrested to doing new-new work and intrested in new things, well you have positive thinking your mind have always positive thoughts comes and less chance to come negative thoughts it's very helpful to quick come outu of depression.
